Mold Design and Manufacturing

Vibriso After agreeing with the customer on the basic principles of the mold and receiving the order, the detailed design of the mold is started. Mold design is done as 3D/2D The working principle of the mold, movement sequence, steps are analyzed. At this stage, if there is a risk of defects in the part during production, the risks can be minimized by simulating production.

After the mold detail design is finished, materials are ordered and mold production starts. The process is completed with mold trial, part and mold approval.




• Mold design related to the designed product. (Rubber molds, plastic molds, metal, sheet metal, plastering, cutting, in-line molding etc...)


• Correction and innovation on the existing mold in line with customer request


• Processing the tolerances of the drawings for the manufacturing of the parts related to the designed mold to the technical drawing for manufacturing application.


• Material selection according to the mold to be manufactured (certified)


• Processing of the mold to be manufactured after tempering depending on the production printing quantity.


• Materials such as pusher, runner, pin, bushing, spring are used from guaranteed materials.
