Rubber Dough and Preforming

Mixer (dough shaping)  

The raw material required for vulcanization production needs to be dimensionally shaped. This process is preceded by PLC dimensional dough preparation (BARWELL) machine and automatic plate cutting on rolls, which requires the raw material to reach a certain ball size. Our mixer device used for this purpose is used for pre-mixing and other raw material coloring processes.



PLC dimensional pulp preparation;  

Pre-forming (Barwell) machines are generally used for the preparation of rubber dough for the printing-vulcanizing process. These machines prepare pre-formed parts for compression presses.

Pre-forming machines, which can also be designed according to customer requirements, are generally referred to by the diameter of the cylinder and are also classified according to the amount of dough that can be placed inside. Customized sizes are available according to needs. The amount of dough that can be put inside varies according to the density of the dough.

The most important feature of pre-forming is that the machine itself automatically adjusts the product weight and precision. This weight adjustment process is carried out with a sensitive special scale integrated on the machine. This scale can also be used in the process to recheck the weight of the cut pieces. All this process flow can be controlled from the PLC display of the machine. Different from other similar machines, our pre-forming machine has a second ram inside the pushing ram, this ram continuously and precisely adjusts the stabilization of the rubber pulp pressure and ensures that the pulp comes into the mold at the same pressure continuously. When the machine is suddenly stopped, it retracts with the main ram to the required extent, preventing the rubber dough from flowing out of the mold with its own static pressure. This is also important for the safety of the protection of cutting blades.

This machine is equipped with the maximum safety system, the possibility of the user having an accident is minimized. Thanks to the standard option of the degassing system, it absolutely prevents the formation of pores and gases in the rubber part. There is an internal heating system in the machine cylinder, so that cold dough can also be put into the machine. Single or

double blade option, easy mold clamping and demolding hydraulic system are standard features of the machine. An optional belt-batch off water cooling system is available at the outlet of the machine for instant cooling of the pre-formed parts when the production speed is very high.

The roll or flat plate doughs prepared in the mixer machine are dimensioned for the mold with the automatic cutting process after the size adjustment is made with the step sequence setting of the machine and made ready in the desired weight.
